Mindfulness is a popular practice for health and well-being. But can our brains be trained for love and kindness and empathy?

We’re sure to have an interesting discussion as well as guided versions of very practical exercises that can help in living a fulfilling life!

Dr. Julie Brefczynski-Lewis will describe her own research at the University of West Virginia as well as teach exercises now being studied as the “next frontier” in Mindfulness research.
