Human needs such as ethics, awe, belongingness and ritual, now the topic of rigorous scientific studies, should be considered when seeking the “next frontier” in Mindfulness research.
We’re sure to have an interesting discussion as well as guided versions of very practical exercises that can help in living a fulfilling life!
Dr. Julie Brefczynski-Lewis will describe her own research at the University of West Virginia as well as teach exercises now being studied as the “next frontier” in Mindfulness research.
