2019 Festival Event:
Citywide Star Party at Prairie Oaks Metro Park: Starlight Float
City: West Jefferson
Join Metro Parks and COSI for an evening of stargazing and paddling as we look up to the night sky and see what's out there! The stargazing event will take place from 7pm - 10pm, please see details below for paddling information.
Activities at Prairie Oaks will include: telescope viewing, make a constellation sewing craft, star wheels, a red light pin, and more! Astronomers will also be on site to talk about and answer questions as you view the wonders of the night sky.
