2020 Festival Event:

Marburn Academy: Prioritizing, Organizing, and Goal-Setting, Oh My!

City: New Albany

Be a neurologist! The skills of prioritizing, organizing and goal-setting are all executive function skills that are essential for school success. A local neurologist will share what we know about the brain and executive functions, such as where and what is happening, when developmental milestones occur, and how parents can support executive functions at home.

We will also engage in an interactive simulation of executive function challenges, hands-on activities, and help you start a plan to support your child’s executive functions.

This event is geared for caregivers, parents and their school-aged children.
