Train Your Brain with Kindness!

Contrary to the popular saying, Nice Folks don’t finish last – they come out ahead, because of their superior EQ (Emotional Intelligence Quotient). Using Mindfulness Meditation as a foundation, we will learn how to train our brains to be more patient and kind with ourselves and all the people in our lives – and will learn about the health benefits of cultivating an attitude of gratitude and kindness. Real-life brain scientist Julie Brefczynski-Lewis will share the latest research on “kindfulness,” including hot-off-the-presses results from her own laboratory.
