Explore the world of esports! Review what esports competitive gaming is, discover popular game titles and learn how to compete independently. Learn fundamental concepts about controlling computer games, such as movement, aiming and strategizing. Walk away with a basic understanding of game play, rules and strategies. A variety of PC games are explored in this hands-on experience played in the brand new Respawn Lounge at the DCRC. Participants are permitted to bring their own headsets, keyboards and mice; however, all necessary equipment will be provided. This is a free program, offered as a part of the COSI Science Festival.
