Join We Amplify Voices to explore the science behind the stress-relieving power of creativity while crafting a collective gratitude tree and personal grounding rock.
Led by artist Twyana Davis, you will get to explore the connection between art and gratitude as we delve into the science behind how creativity impacts our well-being. Discover firsthand why creating art can be a powerful tool for reducing stress, calming anxiety, and uplifting your spirits.

Activities Include:
Gratitude Tree: Watch as our collective gratitude blooms into a beautiful masterpiece! Each participant will contribute their own unique “leaf” to the tree.
Grounding Rock Decorating: Express yourself by painting a rock infused with gratitude and mindfulness. Use this special token to ground yourself throughout the day, keeping you anchored in the present moment. Share the love by gifting it to a friend, placing it in your garden, or leaving it in your community.
